Register with ParkPal™ to get a reference identifier that can be easily activated using a cell phone, Internet or landline phone.
ParkPal™ Customers provide their credit card information, their vehicle’s license plate number, plus their home telephone number and address. Users can register multiple automobiles under the same credit card and will soon be able to register more than one credit card.
After registering, users can park at any ParkPal™ affiliated parking garage, parking lot or meter and pay just by calling the ParkPal™ number, which is posted at each parking meter.
Customers call ParkPal™ to indicate how much parking time they need to purchase. When their time is about to expire, they’ll receive a text message from
ParkPal notifying them when their time is about to expire.
Customers then have the option to call back ParkPal™ and extend their parking time or call to end the billing and generate an electronic receipt which is sent to the customer’s cell phone or to a pre-registered e-mail address. If the customer has purchased too much time, they will be credited that time.
