ParkPal
™ is Integrated Parking Solutions’ short message service (SMS) and interactive
voice response system (IVR) that provides the parker with a convenient way to
pay for parking without the need to carry money, credit or debit cards. The
system will even allow the parker to pay for parking without being present or
returning to the parking spot.
ParkPal
™ is designed to work with existing parking technologies and enforcement
officers can then validate the Paid Status of parked vehicles by using wireless
handheld communicators.
The Process:

The customer must register with the system.

A reference identifier is issued to the customer.

The customer pays for parking by activating their ParkPal™
account through their mobile device, Internet or landline phone.

Upon return to vehicle the customer contacts ParkPal™
to terminate parking session.
The ParkPal
™ Parking Payment System is capable of notifying customers of impending
infractions from overtime or time out conditions. Detailed billing can be
viewed on-line and payments can be made by auto-withdraw, credit payment, or
on-line cash transfer.
