Charles E. Campbell, 62,
has been the president of Campbell & Associates a financial consulting firm and financial public relations and since 1981. Prior to founding Campbell & Associates he was the Assistant to the Chairman and Director of Communication for Envirodyne Industries, Inc. (formerly NASDAQ: ENVR). In 1990, he founded The Geneva American Group, Inc. which is now known as QRS Music Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: QRSM). In 2001 to 2003 he was the president of U.S. Consolidated Industries, Inc., a public company that merged with Alltech International Holdings, Inc. and was subsequently purchased by W.R. Grace (NYSE:GRA). He was the president of Great Lakes Acquisition, Inc., prior to its merger with Integrate Parking Solutions, LLC and MeterTek, LLC in March of 2006. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University in 1967 and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Arizona in 1969.
William P. Dugan, 56,
has been Chairman and CEO of Integrated Parking Solutions since the formation through the merger of MeterTek and IPS and then with Great Lakes Acquisition Corp. Prior to founding the combined companies he was Chairman of MeterTek LLC from 2004 until the merger. Prior to MeterTek, LLC he joined Salem Capital Group as a Managing Director and still is a Managing Director of Salem Capital Group since 2002. Prior to joining Salem Capital Group he spent 25years in the securities industry with a number of firms including The Chicago Corporation as a Senior Vice President for 15 years ; UBS Paine Webber; Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette; CS First Boston from which he retired in 2001. He received a BA degree from Loyola University in 1971.
